1. Hot & Sour Soup

Soups are healthy and easy to swallow especially in this freezing weather. Hot & Sour Soup is luscious and colorful with lots of nutrition. Take 5 grams of Carrots, Cabbage, Fresh beans, Bamboo shoots, Bean sprouts and 10 grams of Mushrooms and finely chop them. Take 100grams Chicken and chop it in the same manner (optional). In a pan, add all the chopped veggies and chicken with 2-3 cups of water. Add 1/2 tsp pepper, 1tbsp soya sauce & coriander, 1 tsp chili oil,1 1/2 tbsp vinegar, and salt to taste. Beat an egg, add 2tbsp corn flour to it and pour it in a pan. Cook until all the lumps are gone and serve hot.

Momos, originally known as dumplings are small rounds of wheat stuffed with veggies or meat. Firstly, you need 250 grams chicken for stuffing. For vegetable stuffing, you can take 10 grams carrots, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, cabbage, and garlic. Mince them and mix with 1 1/2 tsp sugar & sesame oil and 2 tsp white pepper. Secondly, Take 2 cups of all purpose flour and keep adding water while kneading it until it gets tight. Add more flour if it becomes sticky. Make small balls, roll them using a roller and add the fillings. Steam for 20-30 minutes. Serve hot with sauce or tomato chutney.

3. Noodles

Noodles are the most loved and easy Chinese dishes. For this, take 2 packets Noodles, empty them in boiling water and cook for until they are soft while stirring every 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop Onions, Peppers, Carrots, Spring onions, and lettuce. Drain and rinse with cold water. Heat a large frying pan and add some oil in it. Then add the chopped veggies into the pan with ginger-garlic paste. In a bowl, combine 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1tsp sugar, 1tbsp soy sauce & Schezwan sauce and pour it into the pan. Add noodles & seasonings into the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes. Top it with chopped coriander and serve hot.

4.Spring Rolls

Another loved fast food dish is Spring rolls. To make spring rolls, you first need a hot pan with a tsp of olive oil with chopped spring onions, ginger, and green bell peppers, mix well. Take a bowl with a tsp vinegar. Add 4 sundried tomatoes, 1 1/2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to taste. In it, add some chopped chives and mix properly. Combine the mixture with the ingredients in the pan. Make a paste of 2 tbsp corn flour with 1 tsp water in a bowl. Take the spring roll sheet or pieces of the kneaded all-purpose floor and crush it with corn flour paste. For the stuffing- out some basil leaves, add the mixture from the pan and close the spring roll. You can use cornstarch paste to bind properly. Deep fry the spring rolls until golden brown. Serve hot with sauce & mayonnaise.
